Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Returns are for store credit only. No cash, credit or debit refunds will be issued.
  • Items marked SALE OR CLEARANCE are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned, refunded, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.
  • Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • We typically process all returns within 5-7 business days. 
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • V by Victoria reserves the right to DENY an online credit if the item(s) returned DO NOT meet our return guidelines.
  • We DO NOT offer money back REFUNDS on RETURNED ITEM(S). 
  • Online CREDITS are issued to the email used at checkout.
  • Original shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

Exchanges

 At V by Victoria, we understand that sometimes our dream item(s) are not to our expectations. That is why we offer exchanges on a different size for the same item.

  • You must send us an email at vbyvictoriainc@gmail.com 
  • On the subject line please enter the word (Exchange).
  • Include your order/gift receipt number.
  • The size you would like to exchange it for.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue you a e-gift card credit and you will be responsible for the shipping rate.
